During the summer months, high temperatures outside or in route may cause the butters to liquefy. For this reason, in 2020 we discontinued our original butters for the warm and hot months of the year. For these months, we replaced them with butter creams in the same variations. The ingredients are almost identical, but are like creams so they do not melt. The original butters will always be back available during the cool and cold months of the year. Both sets have the same uses, for skin care and natural hair care.
For the products that contain water, the shelf life is 1 year to 18 months. Products that do not have water do not expire. It is important to note that different storage conditions may change the consistency of the products (ex. extreme heat, extreme cold, water contact).
Never let water drip into your sugar scrub. A small spoon or wooden spatula (usually included) should be used to scoop out the amounts needed for use. Do not dip wet utensils or wet hands in the scrub. Water causes the sugar to harden and will render the scrub useless.

Yes. Jiri products that need a preservative contain one, and it is formaldehyde-free and paraben-free . We only use one preservative and 1% of the total quantity is needed. This is an extremely small amount and causes no harm. Preservatives are absolutely necessary in natural products because without them, yeast, mold, bacteria, and mildew will develop inside.

Legally, we cannot guarantee any results because our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any ailments. Jiri Naturals used to honor pickup/delivery for local customers. However, due to constant rescheduling, time constraints, and safety concerns, this has been discontinued. Orders can be purchased online and shipped to your home or directly at local events like expos, workshops, and markets where we participate as vendors.
Jiri Naturals is not responsible for stolen packages once delivered. It is important to track your package daily so that you can be aware of its estimated arrival.
